The Good Earth Board has directed that Saturday May 7, 2016 will be a special work/ display and planning meeting
At the GEA Kilo Vista site, 320 Kilo Vista road, Pocahontas, Arkansas.
1] An all-out work crew will start work at 930 AM to prepare the site for the planned Saturday May 28 Event.
Each Member should RSVP{ to their work leader by/or before May 6.
2] An Vendor sign up is planned in Cabin5 at 10 AM – this sign up includes bands, tractors displays, any and all
Craft skill demonstrations. Interested pre meeting persons should call the Vendor Manager at 870-892-9545
After 5 PM daily.
3} An open house tour of the GEA Kilo Vista is scheduled for 11 AM- interested RSVP 870-378-0285.
Everyone is encourage to come out and take part of all that is planned .
