SPRING RIVER AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
2016 AREA GUIDE
The SRACC is holding its 2nd annual photo contest to determine the cover of the 2016 Area Guide. A selection committee will select the winning photo of “Landscapes of the Spring River Area”. The winner will receive a $25.00 cash prize and recognition in the guide. Deadline for entries (3 maximum) is November 1, 2015.
RULES
1. Photos may be submitted by email to sracc@centurytel.net, must be jpeg format or mailed to the address below.
2. Original photos only.
3. Only landscape photos of the Spring River Area will be considered.
4. Photos must be identified with location, date taken, and name . Please do not write on the backs of photos—put info on sticker and apply to back of photo.
5. Entries are open to any person currently residing in Sharp and Fulton counties.
6. Entrants must hold all rights to photographs being submitted. By submitting photos to the contest, photographer warrants that he/she is the owner and grants S.R.A.C.C. the rights, free of charge, to use the submitted photo in our printed, electronic, or web-based materials for advertising and promotion.
7. Entrant agrees to hold harmless S.R.A.C.C. AND ITS DIRECTORS, from any claim by any third party, relating to any rights in the photograph submitted.
8. IF THE PHOTO INCLUDES RECONIZABILE PEOPLE, YOU MUST PROVIDE A SIGNED MODEL RELEASE FOR EACH PERSON IN THE PHOTO.
