It’s Rodeo Weekend! For decades, the Calico Rock Lions Club Rodeo has been a homecoming of sorts for our community. The rodeo is Friday and Saturday night in the Tip Wiseman Rodeo Arena. The Rodeo Parade will be on Saturday at 4:00 p.m. leading from Park Street down Highway 56 to Main Street, ending at the Calico Rock Museum. (To participate in the rodeo parade, the Printing Press Café will be closing at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday)
On Friday night, a dance will be held at the VFW Building to support our local hospital.
On Saturday, the All School Reunion will be held at the Calico Rock High School.
And, we opened the War Comes Home traveling exhibit today at the Calico Rock Museum.
