Ozark Classic Crafts Mall invites everyone to visit soon – Happy Summer 2016!!

The Ozark Classic Crafts Mall received a face lift , and with the creation of new custom window lighting, the front of the Mall is alive with light. The Wrenfrows created these stunning lighting fixtures from old smokehouse beams. They are awesome and available for custom ordering.  Thanks so much, Greg!! for lighting my windows in a most illuminating manner. (Per Marc)

Visitors always shop downtown Hardy while vacationing all around with so many things for families to do and explore.  One of my favorites is Marc Herring’s Ozark Classic Crafts Mall at 116 E. Main Street, Hardy.  You never know what you will find, I always find something I wasn’t looking for.  You name it, Marc has it, from a friendly shopping mall to his personable story-telling and I always love to walk around and visit with customers, as well as Nadia and Tukhar, Marc’s two Siberian Huskies who are a huge part of the laid back, down home, come-on-in vacation place to stop!  But I warn you, it will take you half a day, at least, to  meander through the multi-leveled Officially Historic Registered building resting happily on Hardy’s Main Street just for you!

Marc is a genuinely nice guy and a multi-faceted diamond you totally get after three  minutes of conversation.  He has branched out and also has numerous custom woodworking projects daily.  Previously a world traveler/photographer, Marc’s journeys were a huge life-long wonder story even to this day.  Also infamous is Khatra, who traveled with Marc, and is still well-known and well loved until demise May 2011, and whose picture is in a special place in the mall for people to view while shopping with Nadia and Tukhar, very well-mannered dogs I love!  Anji, really sweet and helpful assistant at the cash register, says she remembers coming there as a child, and that she sees people every day or so who were there years ago and are bringing their grands and great-grands to visit.  I think Marc, at one time, sat in the back of the store on occasion and did tricks for the kids. A remarkable place for a family fun-filled half day, at least, of entertainment for you!

Their new display suspended directly over the center of the main level, which contains about a hundred vendors, is an award-winning bridge designed and built by several ASU engineer students.  It was given to Marc for display, and it is certainly an interesting attraction, so come on, visit the Ozark Classic Crafts Mall.  They are ready and waiting to assist you.

The Elf Shelf is in the back of the building, and Marc’s personal play area, and if you come at the right time, and ask him, he might show you what is in the Elf Shelf!!  I saw and I’m  not telling!  It made me want to stay a while, such fun things to do.  See ya’ there, Ginger.
