Jacksonport State Park will be holding daily programing from March 21 through March 28 in celebration of Spring Break week in Arkansas.

Parents, are your kids suffering from “nature deficit disorder?”  You can fix that problem this Spring Break by bringing them out to Jacksonport State Park where they can reconnect to nature and learn about the history of this great area. Located on the confluence of the White and Black River, your children will be transported back in time on a guided tour of Jacksonport’s historic 1872 courthouse museum. They will also be able to join a park interpreter for a guided hike on the Tunstall River walk and learn about birds one day, and the next day, hear about Jacksonport’s very own White River Monster. Ever been on a behind the scenes tour of an artifact collection facility? This and much more will be offered during Jacksonport State Park’s Spring Break programming. Come on out March 21-28 and enjoy a healthy dose of nature!
