Learn basic Tinsmithing by making useful items like a drinking mug, a lantern, and many others you can choose. Class will cover a brief history of tinsmithing, tips on cutting and soldering, forming pieces with a mallet and anvil, forming pieces on machines, instructions on pattern making, turning edges, making seams, wiring edges and more. You’ll be able to take home 4 to 5 nice pieces, depending on what you choose to make.

Old Time Fiddle Weekend at the Ozark Folk Center State Park is two full days of fiddle contests building up to the competition for the official Arkansas State Fiddle Championship. Come to compete, or just to enjoy the music of the best fiddlers in a state known for greats.
