Meet Joyce and Desmond Simmons, owners of Lake in the Willows Apiary, located in Scott, Arkansas. This is a chance to taste a sample of their delicious honey products.They will have a model beehive and a video that explains their harvest methods and their commitment to saving bees from extinction. If you’ve ever wondered about beekeeping and the harvesting of honey, come in and talk to Joyce and Desmond.The Arkansas Craft Gallery is run by The Arkansas Craft Guild, and has been promoting handcrafted in Arkansas since 1962.
