Mountains, Music and Motorcycles Enters Its 13th Year – Join Us August 18-20th!! Riding enthusiasts agree, some of the best motorcycling in America is in the Ozarks.  Built on that simple premise, a festival organized thirteen years ago with no budget and heavily dependent on volunteers. The first event drew about 350 motorcyclists. Now, thousands of bikers are expected to this annual event.

MELBA THEATER TO MARK FIRST ANNIVERSARY WITH RED CARPET CELEBRATION August 12th!!! The Melba Theater will celebrate the one-year anniversary of the official reopening of the historic theater on Saturday, Aug. 12. A red carpet celebration has been planned to commemorate the event along with live entertainment, food, and a screening of the classic 1952 musical, Singin’ in the Rain.

Civil War Exhibits Open in Calico Rock Museum until Oct. 27th. Two temporary exhibits on the Civil War have opened at the Murphy Gallery of the Heritage & Visitor Center of the Calico Rock Museum.  The exhibit will be open Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. until October 27.  Admission is always free.

Ghost of Davidsonville Fall Festival Highlights and Prices for Oct. 14th! Summer turns to autumn, green leaves to rusted reds, and the ghosts of the past stir from their resting places once more to wander their ancestral homes. The staff of Davidsonville Historic State Park invites you to join them for an evening of fall fun, music, and history. The festival opens to the public at 5 pm on October the 14th, and will run until the last hayride departs around 9pm. The schedule of events is as follows:
