The City of Hardy was incorporated in July of 1894 so we gather in the month of July to “Celebrate Hardy Memories” at 5:30 p.m. with hot dogs, chips, birthday cake & ice cream. Following the time of fellowship and food our program will begin at 6:00 p.m.
