Join park staff for a history themed float trip on the Black River in celebration of the 200th anniversary of the founding of the town of 
Davidsonville. We will canoe from Davidsonville Historic State Park to Powhatan Historic State Park, talk about the history of the area and the river, stop to explore an old button factory site along the way, and end the day with refreshments and a guided tour of Powhatan.
Lunch and canoes will be provided. Admission is $20 per person, you must be at least 13 years old, and space is limited. Please call 870-892-4708 to register by July 30.
