The Batesville Area Arts Council will host its Annual Summer Celebration fundraiser on Friday, June 12th at the historic Barnett Building on Main Street (267 E. Main). This year’s event will include a “20’s Turn Back the Clock” theme and prizes will be awarded to the best dressed 20’s costumes! In addition to a silent auction, food tasting from local restaurants, a photo booth, and raffle prizes, there will be live music by Danny Dozier, Sarah Roark, and John Parks. Honorary guests of the evening include Nelson & Sandy Barnett and Charles & Betty Barnett.

“The Barnett Building played such a vital role in our community’s history, and BAAC is proud to host the first event in this space since it has been gifted to the City of Batesville and Main Street. It’s exciting to honor its historical significance and give life to it once again!”
